Since our mission is to provide guests with the ultimate stay in Southern Utah, we realize we must constantly up the ante. By adding new amenities, upgrading older ones, and optimizing your comfort, we can consistently and confidently say we offer one of the best experiences in the area. Here's a list of the latest upgrades we've added, or are bringing to you soon.

Let's start with the most exciting addition - a brand new 2024 Jacuzzi J-LX with a red light therapy function. This is the state of the art in hot tubs and will be indoors so you can enjoy it year-round. We're converting the garage into a mini gym/ spa with options to have bright lighting or dimmer mood lighting via a series of ceiling-mounted string lights. This hot tub can accommodate up to 7 people and is low enough to allow easy entry so guests of all ages can enjoy optimal hydro-therapy. To bring the outdoors in, and in addition to the window already in the space, we are installing an all-glass Avante garage door. This addition will allow guests to enjoy the mountain views and ambiance while being protected from wind, snow, rain, and summer insects. Beautiful day? Perfect! Open the door and you are suddenly hot tubbing in the great outdoors! The new space will also have a full rack of Rogue dumbbells from 5lbs to 75lbs and a weight bench. We'll also have yoga mats, mirrors, and other items you can use to get your work out on while on vacation. We certainly can relate, as we always look for a gym when booking a trip. So few vacation homes have them, much less a well-appointed gym. We’re so excited to have this feature for you!

Look at this beauty. We spared no expense on the barbecue upgrade. This is a 3 burner (with a 4th side stove-style burner) with a 25" deep grilling surface so you can cook up a storm for the whole family or just a pair of steaks (or array of grilled veggies) for your romantic evening with someone special. Either way, you've got enough BTUs here to make it all happen. We didn't stop with a high-end grill, we stocked it with sturdy utensils so you have a top chef experience from meal prep to dinner time. We provide what we would want, and we are kind of snobby about these things. Another new amenity is our 65" Roku TV with sound bar in the downstairs den. Because the upper two floors are in a loft-style configuration, we wanted guests (and especially the kids) to have a place to be a little noisier without disturbing mom and dad in the loft. We're also changing the den fireplace to an electric model which makes having a fire as simple as pressing a button on the remote. So cool! If you want a real fire, the main floor still has a fireplace, and there’s also the outdoor fire pit of you'd like some S'mores.

Foosball anyone? Yes, that’s right, we are adding a tournament-grade foosball table for the competitor in you. This is no cheapie either, this is a brand-new table designed for competitive foosballers and you are going to have an absolute blast beating your friends at the game they are confident they are the best at.

Road improvements are coming to Kolob Canyons Ranch. We have been working on improving the roads since we first started out here, and now we are taking it to the next level. Instead of coming around a large loop from the freeway you will be able to take the surface road along the freeway for one mile and then turn into a big beautiful new gated entryway and come up the new road strait to Treehouse. We can't make it any easier than that. While we are updating you on the latest at Treehouse, it is worth mentioning that Kolob Lodge is no longer available for short term renting. We have a family moving in as a long-term tenant because we wanted to focus all our attention on Treehouse. The added bandwidth will really make a difference to guests as we pour our time and attention into this one amazing vacation experience. With all these new features, you'd expect our price to go up, right? Nope, we are switching from our former management team to a new system which enables us owners to take charge and improve the communication and overall experience for guests. It also saves us the expense of a pricy management company markup, so we're able to keep the nightly rates the same. Our goal is to have you say "wow, you just can't beat this opportunity!"
